I had Justin from JHP. And he was very transparent with all issues and ways to resolve them in a timely manner for Solar package. Solar was installed on schedule and any time I needed to make a call to Justin he answers or calls me back by days end.. So far so good with our Solar Panels and Tesla Power wall battery.

Our increasing PG&E bill made it impossible not to choose solar. We met with three providers and ultimately chose Justin Juencke and the team at JHP Electric for a few reasons:

1. There was no hidden agenda or misinformation as was the experience with SunRun (which abruptly led to us discontinuing that conversation).

2. Justin’s fast response to questions and ability to provide digestible information while educating us about solar.

Got solar installation at my property in Tracy. The team was very professional, upfront and very clear. No unnecessary sales pressure and the sales team (Justin in particular) was very thorough. The j stallion team was extremely efficient and the finishing was impeccable. Their knowledge about power wall and PGE rules was excellent. Top notch team!

The team at JHP was fantastic and executed my solar installation with care and precision. The look, fit and finish of the equipment is flawless and I feel bad for my neighbors who's installations are visibly shoddy.
I can tell you this as well, Joe and his team went far above and beyond in helping me and my family. It just so happened that the very day before we were to meet and sign the agreement, my breaker panel fried and we were without power. They sprung to action for us and had a new panel installed 2 days later. Then they helped me follow up with PGE to get power restored and get us back into our home. Had we gone with one of the bigger solar companies, I honestly believe we would have been displaced much much longer waiting to get scheduled etc... Dealing with PGE is always a headache (at least that has been my experience). But with JHP's help we got our PTO and are generating power and saving $$$. We could not be happier.
